How do I check my balance to see when my month of service is up or how much data or minutes I have left?

How can I renew my monthly plan or add minutes to my standard plan?

Why does my phone shut off at Midnight the night of my renewal?

When you made your payment, you most likely received a text from Page Plus stating that a pin was stacked on your account. It makes no difference where you make your payment; Page Plus terminates every plan when it expires at midnight.

Then between midnight and 6am, their computers merge with the carrier (Verizon), and turn on the accounts that have a pin stacked on them. Most customers are sound asleep while this process is going on and never see the monthly renewal outage. Please call when you get a chance if you have any questions about this process.

If you need your phone during this monthly renewal process, you have two options:

Option 1, keep a extra cash balance on your account, and while the renewal process is going on, your phone will still work at 10 cents per minute. The extra cash balance does roll over each month as long as you pay your monthly plan.

Option 2, you can renew your entire plan on your due date by calling GRex Wireless and requesting an early renewal, this process is called "forcing". If GRex Wireless renews your plan early for you, you will bypass the normal renewal process, the entire plan of minutes/messages/data will be reset - nothing will roll over, and your new renewal date will be set for one month from that date.

What if you run out of something early?

If you run out of voice minutes, messages or data in your monthly plan before your expiration date. Option 1, you can add more by adding a extra cash balance to your account and using additional minutes/messages/data at the overage rates for your plan. An extra $10 pin card (cash balance) would give you either 200mb of data, talk or text minutes at .10 cents per minute or message.

Option 2, you can renew your entire plan early by calling GRex Wireless and requesting an early renewal (forcing). If GRex Wireless renews your plan early for you, the entire plan of minutes/messages/data will be reset - nothing will roll over, and your new renewal date will be set for one month out.

How long do the Standards Plans last for?


For the $10,$25,and $50 card the minutes will only expire if you fail to replenish within 120 days from the date of your last replenishment; otherwise, your unused minutes will always roll forward. If your balance has been removed after the 120 day expiration, it cannot be recovered. For the $80 card the minutes will only expire if you fail to replenish within 365 days from the date of your last replenishment;otherwise, your unused minutes will always roll forward. If your balance has been removed after the 120 day expiration, it cannot be recovered. 


What is roaming, how do I know when I am roaming, and how much does it cost?


Roaming occurs when you initiate a call outside of your network’s coverage area. Typically an indicator will appear on your phone when you are in roaming mode, and you may hear an audible difference when placing a call.
Because Page Plus uses one of the largest networks in the nation, roaming is not a concern for most Page Plus customers. However, when roaming does occur, you will be charged the roaming rate associated with your service plan.

To avoid not having service while roaming you can add an additional cash balance to your account and will be charged at the roaming rate. $12 monthly plan and standard plans roaming charge is .29 cents per minute. $29.95 1200 talk, and $39.95, & 55 and $69 unlimited monthly plans roaming charges are .20 cents per minute.
